Do you have a session fee?: Yes. Our session fee is a non-refundable deposit of $100.
What are your hours?: We don't have set hours but do consultations and sessions by appointment.
Where are you located?: Consultations and studio sessions are conducted at 1558 S. 14th. This is Texas Photo Rental.
How do I book a session?: You will reach out through the contact form at the bottom of the About page and Home page. We will reply shortly and schedule a consultation. You can also call 325-669-2791 and leave your information and we return your call shortly.
What payment options do you offer?: We currently take payments with cash, checks or debit/credit cards.
I have to cancel my photo session. Can I get my session fee back?: Unfortunately, our session fee is non-refundable. However, it can be transferable if the session is rescheduled the day of cancellation.
How long will it take to get my prints after I order?: Time frames can differ depending on the type of session you book and how many pictures are requested. However, a typical family of 5 can expect to receive their prints 2 weeks after their order session.
How much can I expect to pay for pictures?: This can also vary depending on each specific session. However, a typical family of 5 can anticipate to spend between $300-$600, including your session fee.
